Crystal Coast Highland Games

With the inclusion of competitions in dance, athletics and music these gatherings became known as Highland Games. Gathering of people of all origins is encouraged at Highland games that occur in North Carolina and across North America , with millions of people attending each year.  The skirl of bagpipes and the wearing of tartan and kilts along with the excitement of tossing the caber draw people back again and again.
