This is an exciting partnership with the North Carolina Shellfish Grower’s Association and C.C.C.’s Aquaculture and Culinary Programs.

All seafood served at this event will be produced by current and former CCC Aquaculture Students.

Talk to local growers about their growing techniques and taste the freshest shellfish (straight from the growers themselves). Vote for your favorite and see who will win the 2018 Best Oyster Award.

Don’t forget to wear your dancing shoes; 4EverAll will be playing music! Additional catering is provided by Roland’s BBQ in Beaufort, NC. Tickets going on sale soon – $30/person in advance or $40/person at the door, children 12 and under eat free.

This event supports the Carteret Community College Aquaculture Program and the NC Shellfish Grower’s Association.

Location: Howard Building, Carteret Community College Campus.
