The popular dinner series is back! Enjoy a four-course meal prepared by Culinary Students and top local chefs. Get a ticket for an individual dinner, or the whole series but act fast because they always sell out!

This is an annual event that occurs once a month during January, February, March and April.  This year we are offering four dinners (no luncheon) in the series. All four dinners will feature the best French Cuisine (four course-meal). This event sells out every year!

This amazingly unique event supports the CCC Culinary Program.  The Culinary Program is vibrantly training tomorrow’s chefs.  Carteret Community College is very proud that we send 3-4 students annually to France for a month internship.  During this month-long trip the students train under the best French Escoffier Chefs in the world!

  • February 28 – Chef Charles Park
  • March 23 – Chef Anthony Garnett
  • April 25 – C.C.C. Culinary Students

Four dinner package – $200/person
Individual dinners – $60/person

All dinners will take place at the Coral Bay Club, Atlantic Beach.
